Americano format: a new partner almost every round, so you play alongside nearly everyone before repeating anyone.
Finish in the top three and you're in the group above next week. Bottom three drop. It resets every session.
Miss a week and you drop a group. Miss more and you drop two. The ladder rewards showing up as much as winning.
